The Right Strategy

Sun Tzu says: "A victorious army wins its victories before seeking battle; an army destined to defeat fights in the hopes of winning". Thus, according the Sun Tzu, it is very important to have a strategy in place. The stragtgic decisions have to come before the tactical decisions in any sphere be it life or business. Sun Tzu's says that the result of a war is know before hand. With the right strategy, victory is certain. Even though sometimes conflict cannot be avoided, a well planned and strong strategy can ensure that all opposition is eliminated. Even if one ecounters competetion, one cane easily overcome it through win-win strategic initiatives.
