Answer:
An ABAP query is used to generate a report. An ABAP query uses the logical database, individual table, or joint tables to output a report. Thus, in a way ABAP Query is nothing but a reporting tool used in SAP R/3. tables to form a report. In other words, an ABAP Query is nothing but a reporting tool for SAP R/3.
