Section 105 of Sarbanes Oxley Act - Investigations and Disciplinary Proceedings
Section 105 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act empowers the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board PCAOB to establish rules and procedures for investigation of public accounting firms. Similarly, disciplinary proceedings can also be taken against erring public accounting firms under this section.
