Answer: Material Management is a one of the most complex modules in SAP. Simply speaking, a condition represents a term of payment negotiated with the vendor. When we purchase or procure a material, condition record determines the net purchase price of the purchased material. Examples of condition can include discounts, taxes, duties, freight costs, surcharges, taxes, provisions etc.
