Passing the CISA Exam Tip 5- Take One Question at a Time!

Take up One Question at a Time!

The CISA Exam question paper has 200 questions to be answered in 4 hours. The question paper is almost a 35-40 page booklet. It's a little scary to receive the booklet suddenly. What should one do once the CISA exam question paper is in your hands? Well many candidates I have noticed try and read the question paper fully before starting to answer the questions. I would personally advice against doing so.

It is best to start answering the questions one by one. Take one question at a time and give the best possible answer to that question. Trying and reading all the questions first, makes a candidate confused. Even when one is answering a question, a candidate might be thinking of answer to another question that he read earlier. The result is he is not able to concentrate on the question ata hand. Another negative point about going through the question paper is that you may lose time. You may not have enough time to answer all the questions. I would like to suggest the approach that worked for me. Once I received the CISA question paper, I started through the questions one by one answering the questions I knew and marking the questions which I did not know the answer for later review. This way you can be sure that you do not lose any time and start answering the questions.
