SAP xApps Analytic Productivity and Mobile Composite Applications

My earlier post on SAP xApps, I talked about what SAP xApps were and how they enable decision making to the end users. SAP xApps composite applications are highly dynamic and adaptable applications. Not only do xApps help in automating new business and processes, SAP xApps are assembled using building blocks from existing SAP applications. SAP itself has launched many different types of xApps suited to different business needs.

Infact, SAP is now offering second generation of xApps. Previously, xApps were focused more on professional users in business processes like logistics, manufacturing etc. The second generation SAP xApps focus more on the end users. Real time decision making is brought to the end user's table. There is tremendous saving in time and money in the long run using SAP xApps. Below, I am listing down some of the xApps which SAP is currently offering. You can check more of them on SAP's site:

1. SAP xApp Resource and Portfolio Management SAP xRPM
2. SAP xApp Product Definition SAP xPD
3. SAP Global Trade Services SAP GTS
4. SAP XApp Cost and Quotation Management SAP xRPM
5. SAP Emissions Management SAP xEM
6. SAP Integrated Exploration and Production xIEP
7. SAP xAPP Mobile Time and Travel
8. SAP Manufacturing Intelligence and Integration MII
9. Mobile Asset Management
10. Mobile Sales
11. Mobile Service
